1. The Perfect Summer Bath &Body Work Candle – I am a total sucker for a beach scented candle. If it smells like sunscreen, sunshine, or the ocean go ahead and put me down for it! I’m NOT generally a sucker for a $24 candle (the ones at TJ Maxx/Homegoods are better and cheaper!) but we were at the mall, I had birthday money to spend, and Bath & Body Works is right next to Chick-fil-a. It was a given. Ps. Nathan claims to hate the smell of sunscreen (monster) but I’ve caught him lighting this on his own a few times!

Medium Wash | Raw Hem | Blush

2. Universal Thread Shorts – I post about these shorts on my Facebook and Instagram this week but they are still 20% off (making them LESS THAN $14) and are seriously great! This Universal Thread brand at Target continues to blow my mind. I highly recommend each pair but the medium wash, cuffed ones are a must if you are looking for a cute pair of shorts that don’t show your butt cheeks. The raw hem ones are great too, but are pretty high-wasited – just a heads up! The medium have a nice, higher fit without coming up to your (my) belly button. Here’s some shots of them on:

Raw Hem Shorts | T-shirt | Similar Sandals

Blush Shorts | T-shirt | Similar Sandals

Cuffed Shorts | T-Shirt | Similar Sandals

3. Silicon Fruit Feeders – Lucy is venturing in to the world of table food so I picked up these fruit feeders at Target a few weeks ago. They are all silicon which makes them 10000x better than those gross mesh bag ones I had been Camden was little! Miss thing is VERY into eating whenever she sees someone else eating so these have been great to throw a little piece of banana in so I can eat my breakfast or lunch in peace. Then I just rinse them right out when she’s done! No yucky bag to deal with (or gag at).

4. The Last Time I Saw You – Last week I finished up Liv Constantine’s new book, The Last Time I Saw You. She is the one who wrote one of the most buzzed about books last summer, The Last Mrs. Parrish, which I LOVED. It was a slow build for me but as I think back on it, I really liked The Last Time I Saw You! It’s about two estranged friends, Blair and Kate, who are reunited after Kate’s mother is found dead. Whoever killed her mother starts to harass and threaten Kate so Blair (the writer of a mystery series) decides to take the investigation into her own hands. It’s twisty and I didn’t see the end coming! Liv Constantine had a lot to live up to after last year’s best seller and I think this book was really good! Solid 4/5 stars. I have a book post started for next week to share everything I’ve read lately!

5. Fit4Mom – Other than providing a great workout, my friends at Fit4Mom can also be counted on to take pictures of your babies doing cute stuff after the workout. 🙂 Lucy is doing so much better (aka not either sleeping or screaming) and has even tolerated, dare I say enjoyed, in the jogging stroller a few times during the workout! If you are local, I can not recommend Fit4Mom enough! Come join us on Saturday as we workout in Downtown Newburgh at 8:30!! Your first class is free! Sign up here. We go to Stroller Strides but they have something for #allthemoms.

Hope you all have a great weekend!
