Hi all! I hope you all had a great Christmas. We are slowly but surely putting our house back together and catching up on the sleep we were too excited to get the past few days! Camden was all in on Santa this year which adds the sweetest level of magic to the whole thing and Lucy ran around all day saying “WOW” and “ho ho ho.” I’m glad we have another week or so until life goes back to normal for the next 11 months! I’m not the only one not ready to take my Christmas tree down, right?!
I’ve been slacking at sharing recipes around here lately but as I was prepping for all our gatherings and parties I knew I wanted to share these sausage balls with you guys! Don’t let the name (or the pictures – they don’t exactly look pretty) turn you away, these are incredibly delicious and EASY. I make these sausage balls for our Christmas Even celebration every year and every year they are always gone by the end of the night. Such a great thing to take to any party this holiday season (I’m thinking we need these on NYE this year as well because I can not get enough) or while watching a game!

Easy Sausage Balls
1 lb of Premio Original Sausage
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Mix all ingredients together using your hands. Scoop on to a parchment lined baking sheet in one inch balls. (I use one of these and it makes it really easy.) Bake 20-25 mins at 350 degrees. I like to serve them with a side of Thai chili sauce – so delicious!
