Unless today is your first time stopping by my blog, you already know that I’m obsessed with Amazon. As a mom of two small children in 2019 it’s hard NOT to be. As a human living in 2019 it’s hard not to be. I can get basically anything I want delivered to my door in two days flat without having to actually have human interaction? It’s what dreams are made of.
(If you started singing the song from The Lizzie McGuire Movie after that last line we can totally be friends.)
Last year, I started to discover that Amazon was better for more than just Priming a birthday gift at the last minute when I started buying more and more clothes on the site. This post was one of the most popular of the summer, by far! My love has only grown and intensified over the last year so when I saw a lot of my blogger friends talking about the new Prime Wardrobe box Amazon was offering, I was intrigued. I generally only buy clothing that is Prime shipping and free return eligible anyways, but this seemed like a step up even from that!
So what is it? Prime Wardrobe is a service that let’s you select 3-8 items of clothing for your “box” to try before you commit to buying! So you load up your box, they ship it to you, then once your box is delivered you have 7 days to try everything on before returning it. They even send a printed shipping label along with your box. It could not be easier.
The service also extends beyond just women’s clothes! They have men’s, kid’s, and even baby clothes as well. I will definitely be using this option when it’s time to buy Camden’s Natives for the summer. I have the hardest time with their sizing every year.
One last thing before I show you what I got in my box. Not every article of clothing is Prime Wardrobe eligible, but there is a lot! Amazon house brands (and there are MANY of those now) all seem to be included then after that it’s kind of up in the air. When you are browsing it should show you if the item is Wardrobe eligible on the right side of your screen around the “Add to Your Cart” area. Or you can shop directly from the Prime Wardrobe page here. For my first box I went with some easy basics I have been wanting to try! These blush shorts, a two-pack of these muscle tanks everyone is raving about, and an easy t-shirt dress. They are all from Amazon’s brand Daily Ritual which is full of great basics. I’ll go ahead and say I was blown away by the quality of this brand for the price point! The pieces range between $18-$24 and felt much more expensive. I can’t wait to try some more things.
Universal Thread T-Shirt | Blush Shorts | Canvas Shoes
These blush shorts were total winners. They are a thick, linen material that looks and feels great. I’m wearing a 10 which I would say is currently my true size. If you like a looser fit I would suggest sizing up. They were the most expensive item in the bunch coming in at a whopping $24. I kept these babies and can’t wait to wear them when it starts to warm up! They are comfy and long enough for chasing kids around the park while looking a little more pulled together. Love them!
Daily Ritual Tank (Pack of 2) | White Jeans | Neutral Mules
I have mixed feelings about these tanks. On one hand, I can totally see why people are raving about them. The fabric is so soft and the cut is great. However, I found them to be a little clingy. I ordered them in large and I was not comfortable with the way they hugged me in certain places. I also remembered that I had just purchased this almost identical tank a few weeks ago (which I love and highly recommend) so I ended up sending these back.
T-shirt Dress | This year’s version of my wedges
My oh my the fabric of this t-shirt dress is like BUTTER! I can not believe it’s only $20!! They (obviously) have more color options than the coral in the first picture and because who I am as a person I picked the navy stripe. How many navy striped items of clothing is too many? Apparently the limit does not exist. A t-shirt dress is an absolute spring and summer staple and this one is great! I can be easily dressed up with wedges for a date night or dressed down with a pair of slip ons like below for a day of errands.

Overall, I loved the Prime Wardrobe service and will definitely be using it again. This probably goes without saying but you do have to have an Amazon Prime account to use this service. Prime is probably the most useful $100 we spend in a year because we utilize the shipping and TV services almost daily so to me it’s a no brainer!
Have you all used this service? Let me know what you think if you try!
